This challenge consists of a number of key elements that have been assembled to help you not only start your fitness journey, but also assist it after you have completed your 28 Day Challenge. As we know, maintaining your health is a lifetime commitment, it lasts a lot longer than 28 days and can sometimes fall by the wayside. So we created this challenge to put an element of fun back into health and fitness, here you will: learn, train, build habits and compete for some sweet prizes along the way whilst joining,

- Log your nutrition, stress & sleep for 25/28 days inside the Keystone Health & Fitness App.
- Submit before and after photos to your coach.
How Are Winners Announced?
- Winners Announce in 28 Day Challenge Community Group & on Socials.
- Coaches assess the tracking done by the challengers in the Keystone App, progress photos and session engagement to determine the winners.

It is quite likely you will see yourself gain some muscle. Some individuals see more muscle gain then others, this is primarily due to what an individual will eat across the 28 day period. regardless of your muscle mass, you will most definitely be stronger after 28 days of consistent training.
Our small group fitness sessions are strength based sessions with an element of conditioning added throughout the program.
