Strength Sanctuary’s 28 Day challenge is the perfect way to kickstart or reboot your health and fitness journey. This challenge consists of a number of key elements that have been assembled to help you not only start your fitness journey, but also assist it after you have completed your 28 Day Challenge. As we know, maintaining your health is a lifetime commitment, it lasts a lot longer than 28 days and can sometimes fall by the wayside. So we created this challenge to put an element of fun back into health and fitness, here you will: learn, train, build habits and compete for some sweet prizes along the way whilst joining,

Have been to a few commercial gyms before going to strength sanctuary - can safely say will never go to a commercial gym again. Culture at strength is great and very supportive - never bad energy at this gym. 5 stars.

Had an unreal time at this gym. Beautiful plants hanging everywhere around the gym. Such fresh oxygen to breath. Backs on to a big cricket oval if you want to go for a run. Super friendly staff. Gave us a free session first time coming. Plenty of wonderful machines to get huge and jacked inside and outside if you want to do some squats in the sun. Great outdoor/functional area to use if you like the CrossFit style workouts with air assault bikes, concept rowers, Kettlebells, etc. There's a shower aswell if you want shower on the go before leaving the gym. There is also 2 huge freezers you can jump in for and ice bath to get the most out of your recovery. Would 100% recommend. There is not many independent gyms that are as unique as this beautiful place and everyone should go regardless of your fitness level.

It isn’t uncommon to see a small amount of weight loss in 28 days however progress is best measured in the long term. The goal for this challenge is to help you build the habits needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep the weight off.

It is quite likely you will see yourself gain some muscle. Some individuals see more muscle gain then others, this is primarily due to what an individual will eat across the 28 day period. regardless of your muscle mass, you will most definitely be stronger after 28 days of consistent training.

Our small group fitness sessions are strength based sessions with an element of conditioning added throughout the program.
